KARACHI: A court has ordered to restore the salaries of Karachi Development Authority (KDA) officers.
The court withdrew the order of December 17, 2020 suspending the salaries of the officers and ordered that the salaries of all the employees be paid.
The court also lifted the ban on transfers of KDA employees.
A two-member bench headed by Justice Nadeem Akhtar had ordered withholding of salaries of officers for non-payment of pensions.
