ISLAMABAD: Election Commission of Pakistan will examine the nomination papers of the candidates in the race for presidential election.
According to the details, nomination papers of presidential candidates will be held today, the Election Commission has directed the candidates to present with the recommendations and supporters before the commission at 10 am today.
According to the Election Commission, the recommendations and the applicants will have to bring along with their real ID cards and the Senate and membership card issuance cards.
Candidate nomination papers will be made today in the presidential election race.
According to the Election Commission, nomination papers will be nominated on 30th August, 30th, after which the final list of candidates will be released on the same day one day.
The polling will be September 4 for the country’s 13th president’s election, and will elect the Senate, the National Assembly and the four provincial assemblies, the successful electoral college.
Polling process for the presidential election will continue from 10:00 am to 4pm.
Senators and members will participate in the polling process in the Parliament House while the members of the provincial assemblies will participate in the implementation of polling stations in their respective assemblies.
It is clear that the candidate nominated by PPP, Aitzaz Ahsan, Dr. Arif Alvi of Tehreek-e-Insaf, while nominated candidates of the N League and other parties are Maulana Fazlur Rehman, head of Jamiat Ulema-e-Islami.
