California: Facebook has suspended a third-party app ‘My Personality’ that is misusing on personal data.
According to media reports, Facebook Product Partnership Vice President, Ime Archibong, announced the ban on the Facebook Connect-an-app ‘My Presontity’ and second-sided apps as a third party. So far, the Facebook 400 apps have been banned.
A fresh press release of Ime Archibong in the Facebook newsroom states that no action was taken on the audit of the application mentioned by us after which it has been taken a lot of steps; it has become clear that this app Without providing appropriate protection, researchers and other companies have provided personal data to Facebook users, whose Facebook strictly prohibits.

Facebook has announced that those affected by misuse of personal data will be routinely informed by the notification, however, it has not received any evidence of the misuse of ‘Personal’ personal data and information of the affected users. The subscribers of the affected users will not be given any notice on this matter.
