Pope Francis has refused to react to the demand for resignation by the former diplomat of the Vatican.
Archbishop Carlo Maria Wagano also accused him of being accused by American Cardinal sexually exploiting.
The journalists questioned the allegations from the Pope on return from Ireland.
He said that he would not even say a word in response to this letter written by the Archbishop Vigyan 11 pages.
He said, ‘I will say to you sincerely, whoever of you wants to answer, carefully read this document and decide yourself.’
‘I would not even say a word about this, I think this statement is its own answer.’
This letter was issued at a time when Pope was talking about sexual abuse by Parsa in Ireland.
Pope told reporters traveling with them in the ship, saying, ‘Your journalism understanding will bring you to the results.’
He had to say more, ‘After spending a little while you will understand and perhaps I should talk about it too.’
What were the charges?
He said that Pope was familiar with allegations of sexual exploitation for five years before accepting an American cardinal resignation.
Archbishop Wigano said that in 2013 he also informed Pope about the sexual exploitation of the priesthood and the lower level students from Cardinal Theodore McCarrick.
He said that Pope knew about this from least June 2013. He knew that he was innocent, he made his curse for the worst. And the Pope will have to set an example, resigning with all cardinal and patches which cover the matter. ‘
However, Archbishop Vigon did not present any evidence of his alleged conversation with Pope in 2013.
From now onwards, he has made the vatican ambassador to Washington in the year 2011 till September 2016.
He also says that in 2006 he wrote memo and warned about some of the top positions in the Vatican.
Cardinal Theodore McCarrick has been accused of sexually exploiting adolescents dating to a school in New Jersey since 1981 to 2001.
Cardinal Theodore McCarrick is now 88, and he resigned in July after the allegations.
